This Privacy Policy concerns getalightmotion.com, operated by Jaswant Lal. It does not govern the Alight Motion application or external websites you choose to open.

For a privacy question or request concerning this website, email hi@getalightmotion.com. Include the nature of your request and enough information to locate the relevant correspondence. Do not send account passwords or sensitive project files.

Information you send

When you email the site, the message contains your email address and anything you choose to include. Jaswant Lal uses that correspondence to respond and handle the issue you raised. A copyright or correction request is used to assess and document that request. If you submit a comment where comments are enabled, WordPress receives the information you enter and technical information used for moderation and spam control.

Website requests and downloads

Opening a page or downloading a file sends a request to Hostinger, the site’s hosting provider. The request includes technical information such as your IP address, browser information, the requested URL and time of access. These records support delivery, security and troubleshooting. Downloading an APK or APKM from this website does not by itself tell Jaswant Lal what you do inside the installed application.

Cookies and external services

WordPress uses cookies for administrator login and site operation. If you choose to save your details when commenting, WordPress can store comment cookies. Embedded content from another website can receive technical request data and use its own cookies when you load it. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, although some site functions may then stop working.

Information is kept for as long as needed to handle the request, protect the site, or meet a legal obligation; hosting logs follow the provider’s retention settings. Information may be processed outside your country when a provider operates internationally.

Your choices and rights

You can ask about personal information associated with an email you sent and request correction or deletion where applicable. Other rights depend on the law that applies to you. Changes

This policy should be updated when the site’s data practices change. A material change should be reflected in the text visitors can read, not merely in a changed date.
