Rights holders can request review of material hosted or linked from getalightmotion.com, operated by Jaswant Lal. This includes a page, image, file or download link. Send the request to hi@getalightmotion.com. Keep a copy of your request. If you receive no reply, follow up at the same address with the affected URL and the date of your first message.

What to include

Please identify the copyrighted work or other right you claim, the exact URL of the material on this site, and your name and contact details. Explain your relationship to the rights holder and why you believe the site’s use is unauthorized. Include a signature and any statements required for a formal notice under the law you rely on. Do not send passwords, private project files or identity documents unless they are necessary for the claim.

What happens after a request

The site operator will review the identified material and may seek clarification, restrict access or remove it while the claim is assessed. A specific file can be disabled without waiting for a general page revision. A removal request is not automatically accepted merely because it is submitted; material may be lawful to use or the request may lack enough information to identify it. The site will not promise a fixed response deadline that its operator has not established.

Mistakes and counter-information

If material was removed in error, the affected party can email the same address with the removed URL, an explanation and supporting information. Any formal statutory counter-notice must meet the requirements of the applicable law. The site will handle such a notice according to the law that applies, rather than promising automatic restoration.
