Alight Motion Old Versions for Android

Alight Motion old versions are earlier Android builds identified by version and build number. This page compares historical versions and helps you plan a rollback; it does not host older APK or XAPK files. Standard releases and modified builds are discussed separately because a Mod label does not identify one universal version lineage.

An older build may be relevant when a newer release no longer works with a device or project, but an earlier number does not guarantee better performance or compatibility. Back up important projects before replacing an installed app. The current Android package details belong on the Android download page; the historical entries below are informational only.

Alight Motion Old Versions: Android History

The following builds appear in Uptodown’s Alight Motion version history. APKCombo’s older-versions index also lists the first three build IDs. These are historical listing records, not files offered on this site. Distributor posting dates are not treated here as official release dates.

5.0.272.1028407XAPK7.0+Uptodown
5.0.272.1028406XAPK7.0+Uptodown

Read the complete number: two builds can share 5.0.273 yet differ in the final build code. These entries do not establish that every build will install on every Android 7.0 device or remain usable with current services.

APK is a single Android application package. XAPK is a distributor’s bundle format that can include the base package and additional files. An XAPK may need a compatible installer; renaming it to .apk does not convert it into a single APK.

If you do not need an older build, see the current Alight Motion Android package instead.

Alight Motion Mod APK Version Labels

There is no single publisher-maintained history for all Alight Motion Mod APKs. Different modifications can use the same base-app version while changing code, signing identity and features. A Mod version label therefore cannot be placed in the standard-release table as though it described the same file or update path.

For a Mod listing, distinguish the base app version from the distributor’s label and stated changes. Claims about effects, watermark-free export, ads or export resolution apply only to the exact modified build tested. A feature shown in a menu is not the same as a completed edit or export.

See the Alight Motion Mod APK page for the site’s current modified build and its described features. The standard-version entries above are not Mod downloads.

Which Alight Motion Old Version Should You Choose?

Choose an old Alight Motion version by the problem you need to solve, its Android requirement and the complete build number—not simply by the oldest or most searched version number.

DecisionWhat the history tells youWhat it cannot promise
Build numberDistinguishes entries sharing a shortened version such as 5.0.273A specific bug fix without release notes
Android minimumWhether the listed OS floor is above your device’s versionSmooth performance on every eligible device
Package formatWhether the listing describes XAPK or APKThat an installer has every required component
Original or ModWhich lineage a listing claimsEquivalent signing or features
Project compatibilityAn earlier build may predate a project’s effectsThat a newer project will open correctly

Version popularity does not answer these checks. The table provides identifiers and a listed OS minimum; it is not a device-by-device test report or changelog. If a particular bug or feature is your reason for rolling back, confirm it in release notes or on the target device before relying on that build.

What Must You Do Before Downgrading Alight Motion?

Create and reopen an external project backup before uninstalling or replacing any Alight Motion build. Uninstalling can remove projects stored in the application’s private data area, and a failed reinstall does not restore that deleted storage.

  1. Export or share each important project in a portable project format supported by the installed build.
  2. Store the packages outside the app’s private folder with the required source media.
  3. Reopen at least 1 exported package and confirm that its layers, keyframes, effects and media references load.
  4. Record the installed version, package name and signing-certificate fingerprint.
  5. Compare the incoming package name, signer, version code and bundle structure before changing the installation.
  6. Remove the installed app only after the backup and replacement path both pass.

Android rejects an in-place replacement when signing certificates differ. Android can also reject a lower version code even when the signer matches. INSTALL_FAILED_UPDATE_INCOMPATIBLE identifies a signing or package conflict; INSTALL_FAILED_VERSION_DOWNGRADE identifies a blocked lower version code. Neither error justifies deleting app data before the backup reopens.

How Should You Read an Old-Version Listing?

Start with the complete build number, then read the package format and minimum Android version. Distributor listings can differ in posting dates and file presentation. A listing alone does not establish the original release date, full feature changelog, signing identity or safety of a particular download.

Listing fieldMeaning for the reader
5.0.273.1028417Specific version and build identifier; do not shorten it when comparing entries
XAPKBundle-format listing, not a conventional single-file APK
Android 7.0+Distributor’s listed minimum OS, not a performance guarantee
Listing dateDistributor posting or record date, which may differ from release date
Mod labelDistributor description of a modification, not a standard-release identity

This site does not host the historical entries in the table. If you obtain one elsewhere, inspect that exact download rather than assuming its version number authenticates its contents. A hash or scan result for another copy—even with the same filename—does not verify yours.

Will an Older Alight Motion Version Still Work?

Installation does not prove that an old Alight Motion build remains usable. Server checks, forced-update prompts, project formats, codecs and Android changes can block a task after the package launches.

If you try an older build, check these outcomes on your device before moving an important project:

  • installation and cold launch;
  • local project creation or editing;
  • project-package import and reopen;
  • completed export with recorded media properties;
  • network, login and forced-update response.

An old build that opens but cannot export does not solve an export problem. A project created in a newer build may use data or effects the older build cannot read; retain a backup and confirm a copied project opens before relying on the rollback.

Alight Motion Old Version Questions

Why would someone use an older Alight Motion version?

An older Alight Motion version can match an earlier Android release, restore a required project workflow or avoid a verified regression in a newer build. Rollback is not a universal fix because device support, project formats and server behavior also change.

Can an old version replace the current Alight Motion app?

An old version can replace the installed app only when Android accepts its package name, signing certificate and version-code path. A signer mismatch blocks replacement, while a lower version code can trigger INSTALL_FAILED_VERSION_DOWNGRADE even with the correct signer.

Will downgrading delete Alight Motion projects?

Downgrading can lead to project loss when the process requires uninstalling the installed app, because Android can delete its private data. Export projects externally and confirm that at least 1 package reopens before removing the current installation or its data.

Can a newer Alight Motion project open in an older version?

A newer Alight Motion project opens in an older build only when its project format, effects and media features remain supported. No universal backward-compatibility rule exists; test a copied project before replacing the working installation.

Are original and Mod old versions the same?

Standard and modified old versions are not interchangeable. A Mod can change code, signing identity and feature access while retaining a familiar base version number. Compare the exact build and its stated changes instead of assuming a standard-release entry describes the Mod.
